Simply to make a long horrible story short. #1\. Lack of communication. #2\. No toiletries or cleaning supplies. #3\. No property maintenance. #4\. Missing amenities that were listed. #5\. Even more issues not named. Sadly, they have multiple rental properties in Dubai and here on Hotels.com. I had to call Hotels.com justs to get responses back from the Marco Polo management and even that didn't get anyone until 3 days before I checked out of a 28 day stay! If it wasn't for Khalid at the last-minute coming to the apartment condo and apologizing personality. This review would be even worse!!
