This modern and stylish one bedroom is in the heart of the Downtown area at a very prime location and is one of the unique apartment's in The Loft. The apartment is newly furnished in a modern minimalist style, with unique Eastern design touches, and is located in a modern luxury building.

The apartment is modern and stylish. It comes with:  
• king sized bed for up to 2 guests  
• high speed internet (500mbps)  
• a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs  
• a comfortable sitting room with both sofa and dining table to watch TV and dine at the same time  
• air conditioning  
• in-unit washing machine  
• Nespresso machine for coffee lovers

Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).  
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:  
1- notify the building security to allow you in  
2- register your stay with tourism authorities  
  
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
