This modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment is located in a brand new building in Downtown. It is newly furnished in a modern minimalist style, with unique Eastern design touches. You can easily walk to The Dubai Mall from the apartment. A perfect place to relax while you will be in the heart of Downtown.  
The apartment is equipped for self check in for your ease.

• 1 large bedroom with queen sized bed  
• a balcony  
• a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster and more  
• microwave  
• a Nespresso coffee machine  
• washing+drying machine

Air conditioning and utilities are included in your stay.

This unit is pet-friendly.   
Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, specifying the type and size, so we can ensure the unit is suitable for both you and your companion. Please note that if you choose to bring your pet, an additional AED 300 cleaning fee applies to ensure the home is thoroughly deep cleaned and perfectly prepared for our next guest.  
  
Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).  
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:  
1- notify the building security to allow you in  
2- register your stay with tourism authorities  
  
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
