 This upgraded 2-bedroom apartment in Al Majara offers stunning water  
 and city views, modern interiors, and world-class amenities.  
 The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a large sofa, a  
 high-end TV setup, and a stylish dining area. Step out onto the  
 balcony, furnished with a cozy sofa and table, perfect for relaxing  
 with a view. A guest washroom is conveniently located near the laundry  
 area, equipped with a washing machine and cleaning essentials.  
 The kitchen has been upgraded and is fully equipped with modern  
 appliances. A sleek breakfast bar with high chairs overlooks the living  
 room, making it a great space to enjoy meals or socialize.  
 The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a  
 corner unit with multiple windows, offering breathtaking waterfront and  
 city views. It includes built-in wardrobes and an additional wardrobe  
 for extra storage. The attached ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower  
 for a spa-like experience.  
 The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a
