Situated in JVC District 10, this modern space features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy queen-size bed in the bedroom, and an additional sofa bed in the living area for extra guests or added flexibility. It's a perfect choice for couples, solo travelers, or friends seeking a well-located and comfortable retreat.  
  
The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and ideal for winding down after a visit to Circle Mall, just 7 minutes away by car. Step out onto the private balcony to sip your morning coffee while enjoying views of JVC’s lush greenery. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance.
