This modern apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and two comfy bedrooms, making it perfect for families, groups, or friends looking for a peaceful getaway. The space is bright and airy, featuring an open-plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV.  
  
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while soaking in the tranquility of Townsquare. You’ll find hotel-quality bed linen and towels, along with essential toiletries like shampoo and soap, to ensure a comfortable stay. ⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.  
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.  
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
