For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference. \- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation. \- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay. \- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building.
