Extra linens/towels subject to extra charge. \- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows: 2- 7 nights - 500 AED 7 - 28 - 1000 AED Over 28 nights - 1500 AED The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit.
