Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows: 2- 7 nights - 300 AED 7 - 28 - 750 AED Over 28 nights - 1250 AED The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference. \- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment.
