Just OK for a a bed for the night…
Friendly & efficient welcome. Allowed to access room well ahead of official check in time. Initial room smelt of smoke and we were given an alternative. Overall look & feel of the place is dated - and in part, less than clean. Investment needed !

Wifi connection sometimes go slow, there were no coffee or tea available. We requested slippers but need to follow-up thrice before we received. The smell of the corridor is awful

A lovely hotel where staff cant do enough for you and has an excellent location, from where you can travel too anywhere in Dubai with ease using the Metro. Breakfast has a great variety too and always something different to try! Would definitely stay again.

Good location but badly furnished rooms
The location is excellent, near to 2 malls, shopping, and restaurants. Staff is friendly and welcoming with Arabic coffee and dates. Rooms (207, 213, 119,121) are badly furnished broken hand of a cabinet, a broken door of a cabinet. Toilet: the shower is not working because of broken key and the wall supporting hand is broken. I have photos for all that points. I left a letter to the manager with 10 worst points in the rooms I used which need to be maintained.

Short stay.
All the staff were good , but, Hazel on reception was great, checked us into a good room for early check in. Downside, Even though we asked for non smoking, we could smell smoke through the vents and the adjoining room. Noisy street and person in adjoining balcony decided to smash bottles for a laugh. Don’t think I’d stay here again.

Beware of extras when booking for a family
The hotel is nicely located and in a good condition. Staff are friendly. However we had booked for a family of 4 from Expedia. Upon reaching we were asked to accommodate the entire family on a king size bed. How on earth is that supposed to happen when I clearly mentioned 4 people at the time of booking ? I had no other option but to pay extra per night for an extra pop up bed. The hotel management blamed Expedia for the gaffe. Why should I be even offered that room when I clearly mentioned my family size ? With the overall amount paid I could have easily booked better hotels accross the main road.

I have no complains. All was clean. Comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was just one block from a Mall, and a shopping street. 2 blocks away from itihad Metro station and bus lines.

Landmark hotel
It's located about 10 minutes from Rigga metro station. The location is not very good but seems safe. The rooms are large and clean. The staffs are doing their job but they are not very friendly.

some of the staff are really unhelpful, not even help you to call a taxi. Asked for a paper for printer, they tried to charge me, but told them I have booked 3 rooms there. The bathrooms got some molds in the tiles. The location is good but don't expect for anything.

Terrible smell
The only good thing about this hotel is its location and nearby restaurants/ shopping center. Even though, I had a non smoking room, the entire floor smelled cigarette. You're better staying at the other Landmark Grand Hotel which just around the corner. Don't bother getting theit breakfast, they don't have variety.

I checked out mid way through my stay
The hotel room was unclean, I had to but dettol and give it a once over, there was no hot water, toilet didn't flush and mimi bar fridge was off and smelling like damp. Looks nothing like on the website

The room itself was nice but for being Dubai I think it's a really ridiculous rule that you can't bring visitors to your room after u paid for the room. This make no sense in a place like that

The Landmark has seen better days with the floor cover in the common area's badly stained. The location was convenient with access to three metro stations within a ten minutes walk. The overall experience was disappointing. That said the staff we're very courteous and helpful.
