Experience the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience with complimentary access to an array of amenities. Whether you're relaxing in the swimming pool, enjoying a workout in the gym, or walking in the many parks nearby there's something here for everyone.   
  
This apartment offers contemporary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the second bedroom and an optional sofa bed in the living room that can be made up with prior arrangement. Ideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a stylish retreat in a prime location.   
  
The apartment offers a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area with a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at Circle Mall, just a 5-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to savor your morning coffee while taking in calm greenery of JVC. This 2-bedroom apartment offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a floor-to-ceiling window in the living area, allowing natural light to fill the space.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.  
  
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
