The apartment itself is spacious, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, and features a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances, a cozy living area with a TV, and two well-appointed bedrooms with ample storage space. The main bedroom has a super king bed with en-suite and the second bedroom has a king size bed. The apartment is air-conditioned to keep you cool during the warm Dubai days, and the balcony offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

 ⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.   
 ⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
