After I had complained, someone cleaned it for us the next days. They never changed the bedsheets during the 8 nights we stayed. Only one time they brought a new towel after we requested it. The entrance doors lock was broken and we asked for a repair, and they never showed up. We had to leave the backdoor open, which wasn’t safe. One of the showers shower head had a hole, which made a flood all over the bathroom. We requested to fix that, to no avail.
