I was there to celebrate my birthday and I was given a welcome Happy Birthday cake. The hotel (Palace) is beautifully decorated and we had a great stay with a private butler to cater to all our needs - simply amazing!

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were courteous. The only snag is that the fridge bar wasn’t stocked well. Aside from that, I really like this hotel and recommend it. I’ll surely return here on my next visit to Dubai.

This property is absolutely beautiful and the service is 1st class and impeccable. Our butler Jackie and her crew were just amazing with all the extra touches for our anniversary. This hotel is a must on your agenda! You will not be disappointed with your stay. Look forward to going back to Dubai for another visit and definitely another stay at this hotel.

This was an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival and late departure. The breakfast buffet is extensive and top quality with ample food and beverage options. The room comfort was amazing and the cleanliness of the room and property was spotless! This hotel is one I would highly recommend and certainly return to.
