First class service form all the team...especially pool bar and club lounge. We had to move rooms due to pmumbing issue however were upgraded to suite for inconvenience...team even assisted us with move!

Exceptional Hotel

An excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great range of facilities to cater for all. Club room upgrade definitely worth it. Wouldn't think twice about going back.

Incredible experience, we’ve never been greeted and serviced the way Habtoor has treated us. We stayed for 11 nights and we had the time of our lives first time in Dubai. We’re very happy to have chosen Habtoor as our hotel. We will continue to book with Habtoor every year for our Dubai trips. Thank you for much for keeping the hotel spotless, professional staff, service fast and efficient, very yummy buffet breakfast and nice amenities. You did not disappoint, water was always given to us, rooms always cleaned to perfection, clean robes and slippers. Some days, we would have employees deliver fruits and desserts to our room, this is such a kind gesture

Stayed there for 3 nights but got upgraded to a suite as it was bout anniversary. Was pleasant surprise and well worth it. Staff friendly as well and facilities were good too.

Facilities at the hotel couldn’t be better

Absolutely wonderful and can’t wait to return. Hotel is in a subperb location right on the beach with its own beach club and pool bar, excellent weather and couldn’t want for more.

Amazing!

Cannot fault hotel in any way. Plus it is seconds from the beach and minutes from main JBR walk. Went for a girls hol but also a family friendly hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel but avoid during peak times.

Pros: Good facilities and clean.
Cons: Check-in staff were a touch arrogant and a little inept.
Location: Good location. Lots of restaurants nearby with a pleasant walk.
Good hotel, clean with lots of facilities. I would return however but not during peak times i.e.. Easter holidays. The hotel when at full capacity was far too over crowded. The buffet breakfast, whilst food was excellent it was like an ant nest. Insufficient facilities when hotel is full for most popular activities i.e. pool loungers. Restaurants were good, food was good (apart from the steak - which is not surprising in a muslin country) but over priced. Far better value in restaurants with a short walk from hotel. One point of warning is to check itemised billing. They make it very complicated and I was charged for a meal I did not have and it took two attempts at explaining to them which wasted about one hour of their time and mine however they did albeit reluctantly refund the amount.
