Very nice hotel within 2 min walk from JBR walk

Habtoor Hotel. Very lovely hotel we stayed there over Christmas and new year 2017.. the staff were very kind and hopeful . Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was nice but the same most morning but loads of food around the pool if you missed it or wanted something different Evening meals JBR walk is 2min around with some many places to eat but there is places to eat within the hotel. We are going back to this hotel this year

Great location and great hotel!!! We normally stay "next door" and decided for a change... Excellent!!! Great place and value for money. Lovely staff and great place!!

Great location with an outstanding staff

Pros: The location, the staff, the restaurant, the layout of the hotel, the babysitter, etc.
Cons: I am sure there is always room for improvement, howewer for me right now NOTHING.
Location: Skydiving, nice shopping area with restaurants
I would say that this hotel was top notch! We travel a lot and are quite picky regarding where we stay, and this one was simply outstanding. We felt like royalty, even our son made some comments and said they were like family to us! We loved the location, the size of the rooms quite spacious with a fridge. Nothing negative to say!

Great location on the beach

Pros: Staff and accommodations
Location: Free bus to all shopping malls...walking distance to restaurants and bars....on the beach
Great location to the beach, pools, restaurants, and shops. Hotel staff professional and personable attending to any need. Accommodations were superb to include amenities in the pool and beach areas.

Excellent hotel

Pros: All staff were extremely friendly and well trained.
Cons: Turn down the volume of the music on the beach
Location: Perfect location with many restaurants within walking distance
This is a lovely hotel. Upon arrival at 9 am following a long flight we were offered an upgrade at a small cost to the Habtoor Grand Club. This gave us complimentary breakfast, high tea and pre-dinner drinks. They also managed to find us a room straight away which was a real bonus after a long flight. I have one small criticism. Whilst on the beach the music gradually became louder and louder to the extent that we moved as far away from it as possible.

Nice Hotel, terrific location

Cons: Food & Drink Pricing
Location: Close to the Marina and the walk, walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, shops etc..
Only real downside, it was very expensive to eat & drink in the hotel, there is no need to charge some of the crazy prices for what was fairly ordinary food, especially at lunchtimes when most people ate by the pool.. Eg: 90 dhs (approx 20 British Pounds) for 3 glasses of fresh orange juice....

Amazing hotel - close to beach

We had the best stay at the Habtoor. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean along with the swimming pools and a close walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend and visit again! Thank you Habtoor.

Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. Stayed for a week in October 2017 and it was great. One night the room cleaner did a towel/flower arrangement spelling out 'I ❤️ U', it was very impressive and not requested

Excellent hotel near beach

Clean comfortable hotel with plenty of facilities and restaurants to accommodate everyone. Great location near Marina. Local taxi very reasonable. I have already recommended hotel and would encourage anyone to visit this hotel. Staff can not do enough for you .

Great Hotel

great stay, staff were great and very friendly. Family member had an accident and hurt herself, Jeffery and Candice were outstanding during this and with aftercare. Thai restaurant was amazing, hotel in great location would definitely recommend.
