Amazing hotel - close to beach

We had the best stay at the Habtoor. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean along with the swimming pools and a close walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend and visit again! Thank you Habtoor.

Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. Stayed for a week in October 2017 and it was great. One night the room cleaner did a towel/flower arrangement spelling out 'I ❤️ U', it was very impressive and not requested

Excellent hotel near beach

Clean comfortable hotel with plenty of facilities and restaurants to accommodate everyone. Great location near Marina. Local taxi very reasonable. I have already recommended hotel and would encourage anyone to visit this hotel. Staff can not do enough for you .

Great hotel close to beach

I just wanted a hotel where I could relax by a pool and check out the beach during a 24 hr layover in Dubai and this was perfect. Didn't hang out at the family pool (too busy) but the adult only infinity pool was great. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating with making an earlier check in possible.

Good but..

It is great hotel very clean, good staff, but the bad thing it is a little bit separated from the activities like JBR and nothing around it .. and sometimes there is noise in the midnight.. it is not for families..

Lovely hotel

This was our 4th stay @ the habtoor we wudnt stay anywhere else, cannot fault this hotel. Staff very helpful & friendly. The lads keep it lovely & clean around the pool & gardens. The pool attendant jayvee came round every day & cleaned our sunglasses. Ram looked after us from taking our towels to our loungers and tidying up after us.

Nice facilities, staff ok

One of the room had a leaking toilet which was not fixed after 3 attempts , the check in was ok, I asked the receptionist if I could use my Entertainer vouchers at the restaurants but he didn't know and never heard about Entertainer (surprising when you work in the hospitality business in Dubai). The kids loved the pool, the restaurant are good, the thai one is nice but a bit expensive and with small portions.

Best Hotel for Family with Young Kids

Was upgraded for an hour delay in checking in. Got vouchers for lunch and dinner the complete stay. The rooms were nice and clean, the food was good. The pool areas is amazing for families with young kids.

On the beach

It's a nice enough hotel, everything is ok, not spectacular but not bad. Someone described it as good hotel, a bit rough around the edges & I totally agree. It's fine but not anything more. Lobby area etc beautiful. Spa treatments were wonderful with Alma. The club bar was good but oddly enough a/c wasn't performing & was very hot- the cynic in me suggests it's a good way to get people to leave. Pool is ok, was very busy as lots of day guests invade at the weekend - drinks are very expensive. club suite was fantastic, very spacious but very noisy neighbours, kids running in hallway screaming etc - this is not the hotels fault, guests have a responsibility to behave & respect other guests & I'm sure these people are a headache to the hotel management however it was relentless & I had to call security twice. It's awkward to get into this hotel by taxi/car, it's a long road around which was a bit frustrating at times. Lifts are a bit slow. Food isn't great. Room was always clean.
