This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services. Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
