Every detail has been carefully considered to provide both luxury and relaxation, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking a refined living experience.  
The space  
This stunning two-bedroom apartment is situated in the prestigious Creek Rise Tower, boasting breathtaking water views of Dubai Creek Harbour. With a diverse selection of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, this prime location is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Dubai Festival City and 15 minutes from Dubai Mall and Business Bay, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.  
  
The apartment features a spacious living room, two beautifully appointed bedrooms with king-size beds, and two full bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and cookware, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. It includes an L-shaped sofa (200x70 cm), ideal for small-sized adults. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, such as a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and basic cookware. The dining area includes a table with four chairs, and there is a laundry room complete with a drying rack.
