This newly furnished apartment features modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed, making it perfect for couples, solo travellers, or friends seeking a luxurious stay in a prime location.   
  
 The open-plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV is ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Step out onto the balcony to savor your morning coffee while taking in the stunning marina views.   
  
Dubai Marina is renowned for its luxury lifestyle, upscale dining, and scenic waterfront. Explore top attractions, including the vibrant Marina Mall, just a 11-minute drive away, or hop on the tram to easily navigate the area and discover all that Dubai Marina and JBR have to offer.   
  
Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience.
