Welcome to our luxurious 1-bedroom apartment in Downtown Dubai, offering breathtaking views of the landmark Burj Khalifa. This apartment is designed to provide the ultimate comfort and convenience, with complimentary access to a range of amenities. Relax by the swimming pool, visit the gym, the squash court, games room or kids playing area.   
  
Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, our apartment offers easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is within walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, and the Burj Khalifa. This makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.   
  
The apartment features contemporary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom which makes it perfect for solo travellers, couples or friends, this apartment can comfortably sleep up to two guests.   
  
The spacious open-plan dining and sitting area, complete with satellite TV, is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring The Dubai Mall, which is just a 13-minute walk away. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning skyline views. The living area is bright and airy, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space.   
  
You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee to get you started. For your convenience, Choithrams Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

 ⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.   
 ⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.   
 ⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
