Grabbing a pay-as-you-go scooter is also a popular choice with our guests. Dubai Tram: There is a tram station right in front of the building and conveniently located along the route with Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 and 2 Tram Stations being the closest. The tram is an excellent way to travel within the Dubai Marina and JBR area, connecting to places like Dubai Media City and the Palm Jumeirah monorail. Dubai Metro: Across the water and a short enjoyable walk away is the Dubai Metro Line at connection to all the stations from up and down Sheik Zayed Road. The metro is a fast and efficient way to travel to many of the major parts of Dubai, including the Dubai International Airport, Burj Khalifa, and the Mall of the Emirates. Buses and Taxis: A number of bus routes service the area, and taxis are readily available. Ride-hailing apps like Careem and Uber are also widely used.
