Inside, the layout is simple and functional, with a cozy lounge opening up to a balcony that faces both the city skyline and the sea. Building perks include a pool, gym, and a kids' play area. Downtown and DIFC are within quick reach by car.   
  
The Space   
  
Clean lines, muted tones, and smart design choices give this living space a refined yet unfussy feel. The balcony offers a nice mix of city and sea views, look to the left and you’ll see the Dubai skyline, while the right side opens up to the water. It’s a good spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The white 2-seater sofa and armless lounge chair are set around a black coffee table, functional for work or relaxing. The 60” wall-mounted TV is positioned across a glossy console, keeping the setup sleek and tidy. Floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides flood the room with daylight and lead out to the balcony. Just off the lounge area is a dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher and washer.
