Welcome to my charming 2-bedroom apartment in Business Bay, ideally situated just an 10-minute drive from Burj Khalifa. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience with complimentary access to an array of amenities. Whether you're relaxing in the swimming pool, enjoying a workout in the gym, there's something here for everyone.  
  
For those who love the outdoors, this apartment has a range of amenities to enjoy. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, my apartment offers something for everyone to enjoy. In addition, Bay Avenue, Downtown Dubai, and The Dubai Mall are just a stone's throw away, offering convenient access to nearby attractions.  
  
Situated right on the Dubai Water Canal, this apartment offers contemporary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There is also an option sofa bed in the living room that can be made up with prior confirmation. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or friends looking for a stylish retreat in a prime location.  
  
The apartment offers a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area with smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at The Dubai Mall, just a 10-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to savour your morning coffee while taking in the bustle of Business Bay.
