Welcome to my charming 2-bedroom apartment in Business Bay, ideally situated just an 15-minute drive from Burj Khalifa. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience with complimentary access to an array of amenities. Whether you're relaxing in the infinity swimming pool, and enjoying a workout in the gym, there's something here for everyone.  
  
For those who love the outdoors, this apartment has a range of amenities to enjoy. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, my apartment offers something for everyone to enjoy. In addition, Bay Square, Bay Avenue, Downtown Dubai, and The Dubai Mall are just a stone's throw away, offering convenient access to nearby attractions.  
  
This apartment offers contemporary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a cozy bedroom. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or friends looking for a stylish retreat in a prime location. The apartment offers a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area with TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at The Dubai Mall, just a 15-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to savour your morning coffee while taking in the bustle of Business Bay. This 2-bedroom apartment offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a floor-to-ceiling window in the living area, allowing natural light to fill the space. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and another queen size bed in the second bedroom.  
  
You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, complimentary tea and coffee will be provided to get you started.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly before reaching out to your booking platform, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.  
⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.  
⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.  
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.  
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.  
⋆ Building Facilities: Access to facilities is complimentary and will be provided by the concierge. Access cards will only be provided subject to availability.
