This stunning 2-bedroom apartment in Business Bay offers a luxurious and comfortable living experience. Situated on a high floor, the apartment features spacious rooms, each with an attached bathroom for ultimate convenience. A guest toilet is also available in the hallway for added comfort.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 20-minute drive, depending on traffic, making your arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Please note that check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Paid parking is available within the building. This is a non-smoking apartment, and smoking is strictly prohibited. We kindly request that you respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
