Set less than 600m from Dubai Marina Mall, the apartment features top of the line amenities including 3 bedrooms with attached baths and HD LCD TVs, a maid’s room with attached bath, L shaped balcony offering great views, spacious living room, laundry area with automatic washer/dryer, complete kitchen utensils including French bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric kettle, iron and so much more. Total number of bathrooms is 5 including the powder room. The apartment is fully furnished for a family to stay with high-speed Wi-Fi, working kitchen, crockery, dishwasher, towels, mats, pillows, quilts, black-out curtains, etc.
