\- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost.  
\- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.  
\- Smoking is not allowed.  
\- Pets are not allowed.  
\- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.  
\- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.  
\- Property is entitled to the right to hold a pre-authorized security deposit and this can be paid on-site or in advance.  
\- As per the regulations set by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests are required to pay a Tourism Dirham fee of 10 AED per night per bedroom which is not included in the total price of your booking and can be paid separatel
