### Luxe Beachfront Retreat w/ Stunning Views

Experience premium waterfront living in this beautifully furnished  
 1-bedroom apartment in Grand Bleu Tower, part of the exclusive Emaar  
 Beachfront community. With breathtaking views, high-end upgrades, and  
 direct access to a private beachfront, this home is a luxurious base  
 for your stay in Dubai.  
 The space  
 This modern apartment features an open kitchen with branded appliances,  
 including a dishwasher, oven, air fryer, and more. The living room is  
 upgraded with elegant paneling, ambient lighting, stylish furniture, a  
 wall-mounted TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning  
 views. It also includes a dining area and a sofa bed, allowing the  
 apartment to comfortably host up to 3 adults and 2 children.  
 Step out onto the private balcony, where you’ll find a swing and  
 outdoor seating. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy sweeping views of the  
 Palm Jumeirah and the beach.  
 The bedroom includes a king-size bed, soft LED lighting, wall mirrors,  
 a dressing unit, and built-in wardrobes. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill  
 the room with natural light and offer calming views of the sea. The  
 bathroom is fitted with sleek fixtures and a glass-enclosed shower.  
 There’s also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and basic  
 cleaning tools.  
 Guests have full access to a private beachfront reserved for residents  
 and their guests. In addition, you can enjoy the infinity-edge pool,  
 fully equipped gym, landscaped gardens, a BBQ area and kids’ play zone,  
 all designed to elevate your experience.  
 The location  
 Grand Bleu Tower places you just steps from the Marina and Yacht Club  
 and within easy reach of Dubai’s most iconic destinations. The Burj Al  
 Arab is just 10 minutes away, while Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa  
 can be reached in under 20 minutes. Dubai International Airport is  
 approximately a 30-minute drive.  
 Other things to note  
 We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and  
 at an additional cost.  
 Linen and towels, as well as a starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar and  
 basic shower amenities, are provided.  
 A baby cot with linen can be arranged in advance for an extra charge.  
 Same-day check-ins are accepted. For bookings made after 2 PM, please  
 allow up to 60 minutes for final preparation.  
 There may be occasional noise from nearby construction. We do our best  
 to minimise disruption.  
 Ideal for  
 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.  
 Not suitable for 4 adults.
