It so great - service was dreadful from check in to check out not very friendly and the rooms were not all that lacked in lighting and no hair dryer or iron

A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs.
