Beautiful upgraded one bedroom apartment boasting gorgeous Marina views and fitted with beautiful wooden floors, modern kitchen and elegantly furnished - is the perfect place for guests to call home. Centrally located in the Marina - there are a number of luxurious retail stores and restaurants close by. The rest of the Marina will be easy to explore, only a 15-minute walk to JBR Beach, and minutes away by car to Bluewaters Island and the Palm Jumeirah.  
  
A gorgeous one bedroom apartment designed with comfort in mind and perfect for a couple. Centrally located and boasting beautiful views of the Marina, this apartment is bright and inviting. Featuring elegant furnishings, modern finishes and has all the amenities needed to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay including high-speed WiFi throughout with average speeds of 250mbps.   
  
Consisting of sleek wooden floors, semi - open plan kitchen, spacious dining and living area, balcony, one bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and guest bathroom.   
  
The kitchen offers plenty of storage space and is fully equipped with all the necessary essentials and appliances you may need, including a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. The spacious living room feels bright and airy due to the large windows, featuring a plush sofa to seat four guests, two comfy armchairs and smart TV. The marble dining table is perfect for four. In the evenings, step out onto the furnished balcony. Admire the views and passing yachts below.   
  
The master bedroom has one Queen-size bed accommodating a maximum of two people with ample wardrobe space, and en-suite bathroom. All essential amenities are provided including hotel-grade linens and fluffy high-quality towels.   
  
There is a separate laundry room and enough space to store any additional luggage.   
  
Guests can take advantage of the building’s state-of-the-art facilities like the stunning swimming pool and gymnasium. There is also one private parking spot available.

In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, it is important to adhere to the house rules and guidelines set forth for this apartment.

\- no pets unless pre-arranged with the host  
  
It is crucial for all guests to comply with the laws and regulations of Dubai at all times while staying in the apartment. This property is fully licensed with Dubai\`s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, ensuring a legitimate and safe accommodation option for our guests.  
  
Prior to the check-in date, guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports for documentation purposes. The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.   
  
Please keep in mind that the included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning after your stay. If additional cleaning is needed during your stay, it can be arranged at an extra fee.  
  
While a starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied in the apartment. It\`s recommended to plan accordingly.  
  
Lastly, please be aware that Dubai is constantly developing, and as a result, there may be active construction or renovations within the community or building that could potentially cause disruptions.
