You’ll find a comfy queen bed fitted with hotel-quality linens, a bedside table and lamp for nighttime reading. The living area has a soft grey two-seater sofa, a white coffee table, a carpet, and a floor lamp to make the space feel warm and inviting. Enjoy your favourite shows on the 43-inch smart TV, or just sit back and relax.  
  
The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with everything you need — a stove, fridge, oven, kettle, and all the basic cooking tools. There’s also a built-in wardrobe for your clothes and a small table that works great for eating or even working.  
  
Step into the spotless bathroom, fitted with a refreshing shower and stocked with a welcome kit that includes shampoo, conditioner, lotion and fluffy towels — everything to start your stay off right.

The area offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with small retail outlets, supermarkets, cafes, and fitness centres all within reach. Residents and guests appreciate the quiet, laid-back setting while still being well-connected to the rest of the city — just a short drive from Dubai Marina, JBR, and key business hubs like JLT and Dubai Internet City.  
  
Whether you’re visiting for a short stay or considering it for a longer term, JVT is ideal for those looking to enjoy a calm, suburban feel without being too far from the city’s main attractions.  
  
Getting Around:  
Jumeirah Village Triangle is a peaceful residential neighbourhood, yet it's still very well-connected to the rest of Dubai. If you’re driving, you’ll love how easy it is to get in and out of the community — it's located right between two major highways, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44). This means popular destinations like Dubai Marina, JBR, Mall of the Emirates, and even Downtown Dubai are just a short drive away, typically between 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic.  
  
Public transport is still growing in this area, so while there aren’t metro stations within walking distance, taxis are easy to find and ride-hailing apps like Uber and Careem work very well here. They can pick you up right from your doorstep and take you wherever you need to go.  
  
If you're planning to explore different parts of the city or go on day trips, renting a car is a convenient option — parking is easy and usually available right in front of the building.  
  
Whether you want to relax in the community or venture out into the heart of Dubai, getting around from JVT is simple and stress-free.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).  
  
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.  
  
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.   
  
We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.  
  
Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.  
  
Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.

If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
