This stunning 3-bedroom villa with a dedicated study is the perfect summer escape, featuring your very own private pool surrounded by sun loungers and cozy outdoor furniture. Whether you're floating under clear blue skies or enjoying a sizzling barbecue with friends and family, this outdoor space is made for unforgettable moments. Little ones will love the mini play area right beside the pool—because a dip is just the beginning of the fun!  
  
Step inside to find a spacious living area thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. A plush blue L-shaped sofa, a warm brown two-seater, and a charming wooden armchair offer plenty of space to lounge. While public transport within the community is still developing, nearby metro stations such as Mall of the Emirates and Business Bay are accessible by a short drive or taxi ride. This Villa is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).  
  
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.  
  
We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.  
  
Please be advised that the weekly pool cleaning is scheduled every Monday and Thursday from 2PM to 3PM.  
  
Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.  
  
Please be advised that smoking inside the Villa is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 2500.  
  
Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the Villa to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.  
  
Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.  
  
Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.
