A 65-inch Smart HD TV with standard cable channels provides in-home entertainment, while a sleek grey swivel chair adds both style and extra seating. Just beside the lounge, a cozy dining space for two awaits, featuring a marble-top table and upholstered chairs—ideal for relaxed meals at home.  
  
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain with ease, including a built-in cooker, oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, and complete cookware and dining sets. Nearby, a convenient powder room is perfectly positioned for when you’re hosting guests.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.  
  
Late Check-in Fee: A surcharge of AED 200 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.  
  
We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.  
  
Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.  
  
Please be advised that smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1500.
