This 1BDR apartment is part of the brand new development of Emaar in Opera District Nestled in the heart of Downtown Dubai’s Opera District, Act 1 | Act 2 offers fantastic views of The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa.  
  
With access to the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, this prime residential address is only a short walk from major attractions such as The Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain and Souk al Bahar.  
  
The Space:  
  
This beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, access to the swimming pool and gymnasium. You can also benefit from the TV entertainment package if you just feel like relaxing at home.  
  
The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove. There is a comfortable dining table to seat 4 and the living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and lounge chairs. There is also a laundry cupboard and neat balcony.  
  
The master bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed and a bathroom just outside the room.  
  
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.  
  
We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.
