The Space Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the living area opens to a private balcony with panoramic views of the sea and the iconic silhouette of Atlantis The Palm, calm during the day, dramatic at night. The balcony makes a statement with its stylish lounge setup, lush greenery, and subtle privacy features that give it the feel of an exclusive resort terrace, but it’s all yours. Inside, the living space is furnished with deep, comfortable seating, a marble coffee table, and a 79-inch smart TV. The adjacent dining area seats ten, positioned next to a full-sized grand piano, both a striking feature and fully functional for those who play. The closed kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove and oven, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and Nespresso machine, ideal for daily meals or entertaining.
