Access to the villa will be arranged through our on-the-ground colleague, Junaid, who will personally welcome you for check-in. Please note that in-person check-in is required due to the security protocols in place at the Palma Residence compound.  
  
To comply with Dubai’s residential security regulations, you will be required to send the full names and passport numbers of all guests staying at the property before arrival. This information is mandatory for compound entry clearance.  
  
We will provide you with a contact number to send this information directly. Please ensure all guest details are submitted in advance to avoid any delays at check-in.
