Stayed for few week for work. Positives: Staff are efficient and curteous, wifi is great, alot of storage space. Negatives: Construction sounds (during the summer months, it seems to be louder after sunset, hallway and room has a musty smell.

Pros and Cons
Stayed for few weeks on business. The rooms are not big for hotel-apartment but alot of storage spaces and not much wasted space. It should be comfortable for 2 persons. Staffs are friendly. Close enough to the mall for all needs. There were only 2 problems during the stay. Eventhough my booking was fully payed and confirmed 1week prior to arrival, they could not find it in their system for 1 and half hours - what a waste of time. Second thing is there seem to be construction on both side of the hotel which can get loud at times.

I was a nice stay except for noisy surrounding
It was nice and pleasant - great value of money Room was clean - but kitchen window should have the option to be covered.

Great location but unclean
The check in process was easy, fast and smooth. The hotel staff was courteous as well. However, my experience a few hours after check out was horrible. I came down with a horrible allergic reaction, developed a headache and was tearing up constantly.

Good Location close to Mall of the Emirates
Stayed here for 13 nights while on Training in Dubai. Close enough to the mall so my wife could go shopping. Next door to a supermarket for basic supplies for cooking. Small rooftop pool and has a nice "private" feel to it. Would stay here again as you can exist here without being disturbed.

It was obviously a room in which someone had smoked. In the morning all you could smell was cigarette smoke from a neighboring room. It promoted that it had a steam room, but did not. There was no hot water for a shower, so I had three days of cold showers. It was a nice big apartment, though, and the front desk was nice. It would be a good place to stay for a week as it has a kitchen and washing machine. The location was near the mall and taxis were easy.

Ok to stay for a night.
We only stayed here for one night. The service are friendly and the rooms are really big and clean. Al Barsha is a great place to stay in if you are willing to take a cab somewhere else. Close to the mall of emirates, we walked there in 10-15 so if you like to walk you can absolutely do that. We never used the kitchen or the pool so we can't say anything about that. The only minus we had was that the room smelled like an ashtray. Over all it was ok.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. You can even do laundry. A bit old design but I enjoyed my stay. Really close to Emirates Mall (second largest) you can walk there within 6 min. You have a convenient store 1 minute away. Noisy street that's perhaps not so charming. I would stay again due to location and room faculties.
