Lovely friendly hotel
We really like this hotel. The location is great being next to the creek. It is close to the boat services and the Metro (Union station). The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the beds are really comfy. The club lounge is excellent and the service and quality of food top draw. The breakfast selection is good and as with everyone here the staff are really friendly and helpful.

It was good experience. At Reception Sneha was excellent. Food was good but not very good . Room was clean but carpet was old and dirty . View of creek was nice . Room service was also good.

Deluxe Room City View - 10/10. Clean. Great size. Quiet. Bathroom - 9/10. Clean. Lovely shower, bath too. Did take an age though to get any hot water. Bed - 10/10. Very large. Very comfy. WiFi - 10/10. Very good. Pool - 9/10. Triangular size. Nice and clean laid out pool area, with plenty of loungers. Some shade areas. Pool towels provided. Gym - N/a. Didn’t use, but did look good. Spa - N/a. Didn’t use. Staff - 10/10. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast - N/a. Hotel - 10/10. Looks rather plain from the outside but the lobby area is most impressive. Decent location, only 5 min walk from Union Metro Station - therefore ideal for the airport. Overlooks the Creek. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Would recommend and use again.

It was an amazing experience to be in theis great hotel. In all the years I staying in different hotels of Dubai, I think this was my best way with full comfort and service provided by each and every staff. The most.amazing oart of the creek view, room size, breakfast and also the location of the factory. I must say about Ms Sneha at the reception who was very helpful in.giving us a nice room on 11th floor. I found every choices in.breakfast.and a young.Bangladeshi wtafg serving us with special care. In.my entire stay I was feeling exceptionally comfortable and regretted fir.not staying.in.this hotel.before. In the.next.month.I.will.bring.my wife and show her the comfort of this hotel. Another issue the value for.money, I wouod rate this to the highes point on this comparing.my stay in other hotels I stayed in Dubai. The architecture, resaturants, bars everything is favoulous and there is not a single issue I can raise against the Management of the hotel.

The hotel looks new, and in good condition. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. It is also close to the airport and the old town of Dubai. The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. My room was on the side of the hotel entrance. There is a major highway in front of it. I just stayed overnight in this hotel. So the noise from the road did not bother me that much. But if you need a quiet room, you may have to request a room on the opposite side.

Awesome experience through our 3 night stay. We took the room overlooking the Dubai creek, beautiful view. The staff was extremely courteous and polite right from check-in to checkout. Offered late checkout as soon as they learnt that our flight was late evening. Provided every request we made. The property itself is very well maintained. The staff happily gave our room a perfect makeover every morning at our request

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Creek. The interior design and decor are beautiful, from the indoor waterfall/pond with a grand staircase to the wide open lobby with a fresh display of flowers. The staff: Ednah, Mary, Nikhil, Tinku, Rohit, Sahil, and Kalam, Francis were so pleasant, friendly, and very happy to accommodate you. And the buffet breakfast is absolutely a plus; the food was delicious with so many options to choose from it made each day of our stay exciting. The staff there made sure we were always taken care of, asking us where we'd like to sit, if we'd like coffee or anything. So pleasant. Constructive feedback for the hotel: Our room on the seventh floor had a leaky pipe. The shower/tub is designed in a way that water runs over and onto the ground, and the towel at the foot of the tub gets drenched. There was water leaking from under the pipes but that didn't bother us since that is the hotel's responsibility. There was a mouldy smell in one of our rooms which was quickly settled with a move to an upgraded room. Also be careful when opening the doors after undoing the deadbolt since it may pull the wood loose on the door. That is more of a maintenance issue they'd have to figure out as well. There is a mechanic onsite so all of this was settled very quickly. We are very grateful to the staff for taking such great and gentle care of us. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Creek.

Great location . Huge lobby,Excellent service from all staff . Room is spacious we got wonderful view of Dubai Creek and Dubai frame and Burj Khalifa, even just staying in room is never boring . Love every seconds of our stay . Breakfast is amazing ,staff and Chef at breakfast buffet are all very nice ,foods are yummy so much to choose from . Coffee served are divine! I dropped my wallet in taxi and receptionist staffs were so helpful I got my wallet back . Thank you Sheraton Dubai Creek staff . Even the staff at The Lobby cafe are so wonderful!
