Lack of cleanliness & unsanitary. Definitely not family friendly. 3 nightclubs inside the hotel with no security checking who’s coming in/out. In a very shady part of Dubai. DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THE PICTURES OR THE REVIEWS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Its basic hotel. I would not count as Four stars. Its there star rated .Middle management not helfull as expected. Definitely not Four star . Area is not so impressive. Hotel have few night clubs and its not suitable for families. Very noisy at nights .

Worst Hotel In Dubai!
This Is One of The Worst Hotel I Ever Stayed In Dubai. This Hotel Is Completely A Back-Dated Hotel In Dubai!!! It’s My Bad Luck In Dubai That I Chose This Hotel To Stay With My Wife :( It’s Room Is Very Untidy, Nasty and Smelly. The Floor Carpet of The Room Is Mouldy and Dusty Which Caused Allergic Problems (Cold, Flu and Itching) To Me and My Wife For Which We Had To Change Our Hotel. Guys, Trust Me That, This Hotel Can Easily Make A Healthy Person Sick and Pissed off. This Means That, You Will Enter Into The Hotel With A Good Health and Later On You Will Leave The Hotel With A Bad Health Condition. This Is The Culprit Hotel Which Can Ruin Your Entire Trip-Entertainment. Moreover, The Basin and Other Fixtures In The Toilet Are Broken and Partly Damaged. The House-Keeping Staffs Do Not Clean The Room Properly and Even They Do Not Care To Clean The Carpet With Vacuum Machine Regularly. Finally, The Staffs of This Hotel Are Not Well-Mannered and They Are Very Unhelpful. They Don’t Care of Their Guests. Please Don’t Stay In This Hotel By Spending Your Hardworking-Earned Money!!!

I don't know how is it a 4 star hotel. It smell bad. After entering the hotel I saw a cockroach in the room. And i changed the hotel immediately. They charged me the check-in fee also they didn't refund my money for all 3 night. I didnt even stay there for 30 minute and they charged me check in fee they didn't refund my mony for all 3 night. Never going back there again.

Disappointing experience in Dubai
The images do not come close to reflecting the state of the hotel, it was noisy till the sun came up. No housekeeping, it is dirty, smelly, no hot water, and no water pressure. Had to change rooms. The buffet menu for breakfast was poor, so stuck to fried eggs, fruit, and American pancakes. Disappointing in myself for not doing homework at this hotel. Left a bad taste on my overall stay in Dubai. There is no way that this hotel has a 4-star rating and closer to a one or at best two stars. Everything was misleading and more than disappointed at being tricked to be led to believe that this was a decent place to stay

We Thought gold but it is gold plated.
It is four star buy looks like 3 star. 1.My bed reading light broken, 2.worst WiFi coverage inside room. 3.Daily complements not providing correctly, 4.In this COVID outbreak they are providing one hand towel for two person, 5.got broken kettle. 6. Tea mugs are not good. 7. Rest room very dirty and uncomfortable.
