Only positive is the location
Reception and security guards all very nice and helpful. Walk in bathroom was blocked and over flooded. Bed linens and towels had stains. Floor never cleaned as the fluffy dust were visible. Complimentary water was not provided on some days. Tea bags only provided on the first and last day of my stay. Toiletries very basic and spare toilet paper roll not refilled and had to call for toilet paper when I ran out.

El cuarto no tiene deshumificador el baño no tiene puerta ni extractor y todo el tiempo el piso olía a humo de cigarro no había buena limpieza y el personal de recepción con muy mala atención

비즈니스 호텔로는 문제 없습니다. 욕실은 매우 작으며 변기와 벽 사이는 너무 가깝습니다. ㅠㅠ 찬물과 뜨거운물 조절도 매우 어렵습니다. 침실의 공간도 그리 크지 않습니다. 하지만 직원들은 매우 친절하며 고객의 요구를 맞춰 줄려고 노력합니다.

La fortuna di questo hotel è la posizione e la ristrutturaziine degli ambienti comuni e delle camere. Servizio pessimo, personale incompetente (tranne una ragazza alla reception e housekeeping manager), informazioni non precise, fatture richieste e non emesse, sala xolazione senza posti a sedere e costretti a mangiare in piedi, se non fosse che è comodo per la fiera, penso avrebbero molti meno ospiti, me in primis
