Good overall -- friendly staff and efficient housekeeping, and getting food delivered to the room was very easy. All of the appliances in the apartment worked well and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Guest parking was slightly inconvenient as it required access to two buildings and two elevators, and the constant traffic jams around the hotel were frustrating.

This is a nice apartment hotel that is a 3-minute walk to the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) metro stop and a 5-minute walk to the DWTC itself. There is a small grocery store about a 1 minute away. The property is well located, has a great gym and pool. The cleaning crew really made an effort to keep everything spic and span on a daily basis. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. A little disappointed with the interior. For the location and money, the decor is dated and run-down. The property could benefit from some modernization / remodeling. Also, the air conditioning was great (we were there in the summer when Dubai temperatures were hovering around 105 degrees F) but was a little uneven; the second bedroom (which, btw, has a sliding door) was quite warm and the only way to cool it down was to keep the door open so the living room vent would cool down it down.

We needed a place to stay near the Dubai convention center, and this place is literally across the highway. You walk through the (air conditioned!) train station to cross the highway and you are at the World Trace/Convention center. friendly staff got us an plug adapter when we realized we needed and extra one. 2 bedroom suite was HUGE with an enormous open area with couches and a TV. (Note - NO Parties allowed.) Decent dining options nearby, and also a grocery store which is nice because our room had a full kitchen.

We travelled with family and kids, every thing was great. Staff gets out of their way to help you. Very nice 👍. Highly recommend premier room with 2 bedrooms, it is bit on pricey side but having space is worth it.

Dubai for half term
My first choice if visiting Dubai. 15 minutes from airport and metro outside. On main road with huge choice of places to eat and hotels and Irish bars to visit. Excellent pool and gym. Boss location and wonderful staff. Have stayed in Dubai over a dozen times and always look to see if Ascot has availability.

Excellent property in an amazing location. Super clean, quiet and laid back property. We stayed at a studio which was comfortable, modern and with a fully equipped kitchen. The view of Sheikh Zayed road from the room was absolutely worth it. Highly recommeded.

All nice except for the internet it's HORRIBLE! It's so slow and buggy makes the whole staying and trying to work a miserable experience. I asked the IT and management to improve it, they said they did but it only got worse. Less than 8MB speed is like a flashback to the 90's - nowadays, internet below 100mg is unexaptable.

With just less than 5 minutes away from the subway station, this apartment hotel is very accessible. Down the street and opposite the hotel, there are restaurants and supermarkets. Location is great! The apartment we booked was a 2-storey apartment, which was not mentioned during the booking. The bedroom was a level down once you enter the apartment. So for those who is not a fan of stairs and lugging the baggage down to the bedrooms, please take note. Travelled in a group of 4 and checking into 1 single apartment. The service at the reception was great. Even helped me to book an Uber to the airport. What's frustrating is the daily call to housekeeping to tell them I need 4 sets of toiletries (towels and all..) instead of two. Otherwise, my experience will be great!

Spacious rooms. Great place to stay
Check-in was very easy. We arrived on a red-eye but since the room was not yet ready, we were offered to rest at their lounge, and use the gym's toilets if we needed a shower. I find that to be very convenient while the room is being prepared. The room was very spacious and housekeeping kept it tidy daily. Overall, a great place to stay in Dubai.

Excellent except the bathtub.
Everything regarding the hotel was great except for the bathtub. Some rust was very visible. Not a huge deal for me but it can be for some. Perfect Location, great size and great service.

Right next to World Trade Centre metro station with great view of downtown Dubai through the windows when they are clean. Luckily they were cleaned on the second day of our stay!

Don’t expect a fancy reception or a buzzing Lobby, the rooms are large, if a little spartan. It is ok, but and there always is a but, it could have been a little better. Parking at the back, sonthat was quite helpful.

Ascott Park Place Dubai
Excellent location. Short walk to metro which connects to most tourist places. Supermarket and eateries nearby. Beautiful sunset from the unit we stayed.

We tried to check in very early in the morning and our room was not yet ready. Nevertheless we were able to use the pool area, got some towels and were notified as soon as the room was ready.

Fantastic apartment spacious clean and in good location. The apartments have everything you need. Only one criticism is the breakfast. If there was a breakfast provided by the hotel would have been perfect. There is cafe Bateel in reception which provides good breakfast but was pricey.
