"We stayed with four adults and four kids for a float trip. Excellent property and wonderful location on the river, right next to Dawt Mill. Made getting the kids up and ready and easy task, and we still got bonus time on the river thanks to the location. Had a great time! "

"Was perfect for our group of two adults and the grandsons 5 to 12.The kids loved checking the coop for eggs. They named all the chickens. Side eye Bob was a favorite. We spent hours down at the creek chasing butterflies."

"Small and old but is clean and has pretty much all necessary amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, continental breakfast, wifi, iron, hairdryer. Beds are too old and make tons of noise. Mattresses are too soft. But overall we were happy with our stay here."
