Enjoy a brand-new 2-story 1100 sqft Trex deck with hot tub and grills, two game rooms, and 4 bedrooms plus loft sleeping up to 17, near pools, courts and playgrounds. Lakeside Ember Lodge is a spacious 3-level lakefront chalet on private Lake of Four Seasons, designed for families who want a true cabin experience with modern comfort. Highlights: • True lakefront with private sandy beach, dock and lakeside firepit. • Electric pontoon boat available in season, plus canoes, kayaks and a paddleboard. • Brand-new 2-story Trex deck with hot tub, grills and multiple dining/lounge areas. • Two game rooms with pool, foosball, ping-pong, bar and smart TVs. • Sleeps up to 17 across 4 bedrooms + loft, all with smart TVs and 3.5 baths. Step outside to your own beach and dock with dining area, then end the day around the firepit or soaking in the hot tub while you watch the sun set over the hills. Inside, \~3,500 sq ft of living space plus a loft easily hosts large groups. The vaulted great room features a wall of windows with unobstructed lake views, a propane fireplace, huge farmhouse dining table, large sectional and smart TV. The open kitchen has stainless appliances, dishwasher, coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee makers, plenty of cookware and dishes, and an extra table for four. Off the dining area is a lake-facing screened-in sunroom. The home sleeps up to 17 guests in 4 bedrooms plus a loft. The main floor includes a queen bedroom with rustic log furniture, smart TV and ensuite full bath, plus a convenient half bath. The upper level offers a cozy loft with a queen/twin log bunk, a bunk-plus-queen bedroom, a separate queen bedroom, and a newly updated hall bath with double vanity and tub/shower combo. On the lower level (entry level), a king suite features log furniture, smart TV, propane furnace for extra comfort, full bath with shower, and sliding doors out to the lower deck with lake views and hot tub. This level also includes a lodge-style game room with pool table, foosball, bar seating, smart TV and electric fireplace; a second heated game room in the converted garage with ping-pong table and queen futon; and a laundry room with new large-capacity washer and dryer. Outside, guests enjoy a private sandy beach with Adirondack chairs around the firepit, a large dock with dining area, and a fleet of canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and life jackets for guest use. In the warmer months, the electric pontoon boat is available for relaxed cruises around the lake and sunset rides. The home is professionally managed and cleaned. Linens, towels and shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Off-street parking is available for 5+ vehicles, and check-in is easy with a smart lock on the front door. The community is family-oriented and quiet, with a clubhouse area a short walk or quick drive away offering access to an indoor pool, fitness center, courts, playgrounds, arcade and a large community beach all included in your reservation. Guests have full, private use of the entire home, both levels of the Trex deck, the hot tub, sandy beach, firepit area and private dock. All non-motorized watercraft (canoes, kayaks, paddleboard) and life jackets are included in your stay, weather and season permitting. The electric pontoon boat on the dock is available in the warmer months; we’ll provide details on use, safety and any requirements after booking. You’ll also have access to the Lake of Four Seasons community amenities, including the clubhouse area with indoor pool, fitness center, basketball and racquetball courts, arcade, playgrounds, tennis, pickleball, bocce and shuffleboard, plus a large community swimming beach. Use of these shared amenities is subject to community rules and schedules, which we’ll share before your stay. Parking is off-street for 5+ vehicles in the driveway right at the house, and check-in is simple via smart lock on the front door. The home is professionally managed. You’ll have contactless check-in with a smart lock and can reach our local team by phone, text or email if anything comes up during your stay. We respect your privacy and don’t stop by in person unless requested or needed for maintenance or safety. The home sits directly on private Lake of Four Seasons in a quiet, family-oriented community in Drums, Pennsylvania. It’s a relaxed neighborhood where guests come for swimming, paddling, fishing and time at the beach rather than nightlife. Within the community, you’ll find a clubhouse with indoor pool, fitness center, courts and arcade, as well as outdoor playgrounds, basketball and pickleball courts, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard and a large sandy community beach. The surrounding Poconos region offers nearby hiking, state parks, skiing in season, local restaurants and small-town shops all within a reasonable drive. This is a family-oriented, quiet lake community and our home is set up for relaxing getaways, not parties. Please review and respect the house rules: • Registered guests and families only; no parties, events or large gatherings. • No pets. The owners have allergies and unfortunately we cannot accommodate exceptions at this time. • Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home or on the decks. • Guests must sign a waiver and rental agreement before using pontoon boat, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, or any other watercraft of any kind. • Guests cannot use their own kayak, canoe, watercraft, etc. on the lake. All watercraft must be registered to owners and permitted by the community. • Community quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m. Please enjoy the firepit and outdoor spaces quietly after this time. • Children must be supervised at all times near the water, beach, dock or boats. Life jackets are strongly recommended whenever using the lake. • Use only designated fire areas; campfires are permitted only in the lakeside firepit. In the colder months, outdoor and lake activities may be limited by weather, but the hot tub, decks and indoor game spaces remain favorite spots for guests. We had a wonderful time playing in the water, touring a bit in the area, and cooking for one another. It was a perfect vacation. The owner and property manager were there to address one small problem we had, but they fixed it as quickly as it could be. The water was clean and fun to be in or around. The little beach area and fire pit were much appreciated. Lots of working kayak-style boats provided free, plus a small electric-motor pontoon boat can be rented for relaxing trips around the lake. The inside of the house is beautiful, clean, and quite functional. Kitchen is large, well-equipped, and easy to work in. The game rooms were a hit for many of us. Oddly enough, everything looked more spacious in person than in the photos! The current owner was very responsive to my messages, and helpful. We all had a great time!! ##### James H. There were lots of amenities and things to do. Having access to the clubhouse was a bonus because they have an indoor pool for when the weather isn't cooperating. Great for kids and plenty of space for everyone. The boat was definitely an added bonus. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The weather was perfect, the boat got plenty of use, had a fire on the beach every night, many wildlife sightings on the property (deer, swan, ducks, skunks, eagle, osprey, chipmunks and fox). So much to enjoy, the TV was only turned on once to watch Olympic closing ceremony and only left the property once to go out for dinner. Can highly recommend Evan’s Road House, food and service were great. Had a small glitch when powder room toilet sprung a small leak but Woody responded immediately and had a plumber there to repair right away. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and our son-in-law was in his glory making super breakfasts to start our days of activities. Going out on the pontoon boat, kayaking, paddle boarding, going to the beach at the clubhouse, singing and watching the sunset around the fire pit, fishing, the hot tub, swimming and splashing around in the lake, puppets shows and so many laughs made for an amazing fun-filled week. The owner was very responsive. The home is beautiful and located on a peaceful - battery only lake. We were pleasantly surprised that the home had more boats than mentioned in the listing (kayaks, paddle board, canoe). We rented the pontoon boat as well for several relaxing strolls around the lake. Our family caught a handful of large mouth bass (catch & release). The weather conditions were mixed making the activities available in the house and clubhouse very handy. Please note this is a very family friendly house. They have a cute puppet show set for the little ones, amongst other toys. Games for teens and adults in house include the beautiful pool table, ping pong & board games. Activities at the clubhouse include volleyball, tennis, indoor pool, indoor basketball, racquetball and small arcade. The kitchen has every appliance you would need and 2 grills. Cooking for a large family was very easy. To top the weekend off, our son ended up coming down with a double ear infection going into Sunday. Geisinger Convenient Care was 15 mins away and had zero wait time, with friendly staff first thing in the morning. The CVS pharmacy on the way back to the lake was also very prompt at filling our script. Overall, lovely stay with a beautiful location. The property was everything we were looking for. The property is private enough that you are not tripping over your neighbors or having to share the lake front. The house was clean and well maintained. The house was stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen, with plenty of plates, silverware and all the cooing pans etc. that you could need, all in large kitchen that can accomodate several people working in there at the same time. The open concept living room and and dining room made it nice so that everyone could be together for dining and relaxing. The bathrooms were plentiful and the water pressure was good. The basement game room was great for the rainy days, we were never bored. The large deck overlooking the lake was more than big enough for everyone to relax, eat and enjoy the views. The private sand beach was small, but adequate for us. We enjoyed the fire pit with plenty of chairs in the evenings, and the available kayaks etc during the day were great.
