Falsely advertised. We booked queen beds they gave us doubles. Complained at the front desk and were told they only have double beds in the rooms that is the standard beds they have. Shouldn’t be selling rooms with queen beds if you don’t have them. The room was so small. And the tv was a nightmare to use. The fridge sounded like it was dying, and kept us awake.

Worth the stay..
Hotel was clean, staff were courteous, room was tidied up daily, pillows were a little too fluffy for my taste, pool was busy (three sports tournaments that weekend), complimentary breakfast was tasty, and location was excellent, overall very good stay..

The first room I checked into was unsatisfactory. When I told front desk they provided me with a new room. Breakfast was good. The hotel is right close to the highway and there are places to get groceries and food nearby. Just feel it's a bit pricey for the area

Awesome breakfasts
Best breakfast bar we've had at a Super 8. They make the scrambled eggs on site every morning with real eggs. Kids loved the waterslide.

The air conditioner did not work! We arrived when the temperature was 34 outside and our room was hotter! AC did nothing; no compressor ran - it was just a fan. Tried several settings, and it was apparent that it was not in running condition. The room is extremely small. Half the size of a normal room. No closet. Pay attention to the square footage when booking. The beds are NOT queen beds - they are at max an oversized double. No spare pillows or covers. Towels are like thread-bare sand paper. The breakfast is very limited. Theother reviews make it sound luxurious... It is not. We saw: 3 types of sweet cereal, yogurt, bread, eggs, sausage, hard potatoes patties, and muffins. Exterior of the building is in rough shape. Staff was very friendly; but it felt like the place was in desperate need of some updating and spending. We won't be returning.

This hotel was presented as a Drumheller destination which is where we were headed. It is not. There is no Super 8 in Drumheller. This place is an hour's drive away in a town called 3 Hills. There is nothing in 3 Hills. I blame Expedia for this misdirection.

Clean, polite and helpful staff, yummy breakfast with a lot of options. Things are a little dated and old but all is in working condition. It was a quiet night on a comfortable bed. I would stay here again :)
