Misleading and unprofessional
I booked the hotel and when I got there it was closed I called the number and a guy that didn't know English tried to explain to me that the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus virus (yet they charged me for the room)

MY STAY AT THE TOURETTES.
THE ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT THE WASH BASIN WAS MISSING SOMETHING. THIS SOMETHING LEFT A LARGE HOLE. THE SERVICE AT THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD POSITION.

Disappointing
Premiere Classe should never release a room for re-rent with the bolts holding the toilet seat missing and the extract fan not there. The grimly sticky bedroom floor added to the feeling that this hotel (& perhaps the chain) is no longer interested in repeat custom. That would be disappointing, as I love the concept of the no-frills bed machine.

I had to pay again for the rooms I had alreday paid for in order to check in into our rooms because there was no receptionist to check in with. We had to check in with a machine that did not have very clear instructions. When the receptionist showed up late in the afternoon I asked why I had to pay again and she infomed me that there was nothing she could do.

Es un hotel de carretera. Es lo que es y lo mejor es que es tan silencioso que duermes del tirón. Es antiguo y sus instalaciones son así así, pero su gente es amable y el parking está dentro y se cierra. Por lo que cuesta vale.

l'accueil a été chaleureux, le lit propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner servi dans le Campanile en face bon et copieux mais la chambre et notamment la salle de bain mériteraient un grand coup de rafraîchissement. On est à la limite du vétuste ( toilettes très entartrés, pas de rideau de douche donc inondation générale dans une salle de bain d'1m2, lavabo fissuré, taché....). C'est dommage. C'est vraiment dommage

Nous avons dû prendre une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel car notre chambre avait des bestioles et des cocons . Il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs et partout sur le rideau de douche . C’était infecte et très bruyant autour . Les chambres très peu insonorisées et la climatisation ne fonxrionnait pas très bien. Nous sommes partis au b ans b qui était à côté . Vraiment pas recommandable pour la réputation de expédia ! Enlevez cet hôtel de vos listes pour votre bien d’entreprise .

Je fais toute l'année des déplacements sur toute la région Rhône Alpes et la c'est la première fois que j'ai vu ça Les draps du lit étaient sales avec des cheveux et des poils. Après avoir les avoir secoués et déplacer le lit pour refaire le lit, j'ai constaté que le sol était sale chips par terre, poussière, moucherons morts. J en ai informé la réception qui m informe avoir eu des retours identiques d autres clients, m expliquant que la société de nettoyage ne faisait pas correctement le ménage. Je reconnais que j'ai choisi une classe économique, que la chambre allait pas être luxueuse, mais l hygiène la propreté est la base.

vraiment limite
Hotel très très vieillissant, tout est abimé ou sali par le temps, la porte ferme mal donc pas isolé (bruits de route très présents), pas de rideau de douche donc cabine (très petite) trempée après la douche, pas de serviette à mon arrivée ... Seul le personnel (du campanile à côté) relève le niveau :)

Ikke for den kresne, men likevel ok…
Ligger like ved motorveien, derfor praktisk når en bare skal sove for så å komme seg videre…Absolutt ikke for den kresne!! Ganske enkelt, det ene rommet var ok, det andre rommet var det smuler i sengen etter forrige gjest, kun varmt vann i kranene…

La chambre était vraiment vetuste avec des champignons sur le rideau de douche de la rouille qui coule de la salle de douche. La poignée de porte branlante qui te reste presque dans la main. Le système de climatisation cassé.

J'ai noté de cette façons pour la propreté car quand nous sommes arrivés notre chambre n'était pas faites, elle était rester en l'état du client d'avant tout ça dû au manquement de personnel de cet hôtel. Heureusement l'hôtel campagnil nous as reloger, merci à eux.
