The views are amazing and sure to please.

At sunset, walk to the center of the property, sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or bubbly, in our comfy Adirondack chairs.

Sitting above 21 acres of undeveloped hill country, you’ll enjoy all the luxuries of modern living in these modern villas, built in 2016.

Terra Vista has one bedroom and one bathroom and is 810 sq ft. The villa sits between our Home and our Guest Barn, but is not as close as homes in a subdivision. You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing view and privacy but don’t mind sharing the circle driveway, grill and swimming pool with other guests.

With three buildings on a private hill, we call this Our Hill Town. We loved visiting some of the beautiful hill towns of Italy and we feel as if we have discovered our own here in Dripping Springs.

We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues and breweries. You will enjoy a 270 degree view of the hill country! The privacy and views will amaze you.

Terra Vista is on the ground floor, has a carport, and a queen sized bed. Additionally, the living room has a sofa sleeper that sleeps 2 more. The living room tv has an added blueray/dvd player with various movies to watch. This unit is warm and inviting. A true private get-a-way!

2 TVs in unit. One in the bedroom, one in the living room. Internet with wifi.
Washer and Dryer, Full kitchen and a large private Patio/Deck.
All linens provided. Duvet covers on beds are washed after every guest.
Minutes away from Camp Lucy, The Creek Haus, Bell Springs Winery, Hawks Shadow Winery and Texas Hill Country Olive Company.
The driveway is paved and is .8 miles long. Enjoy a daily stroll down and back to the gate, or dare to venture out into the 21 acres of woods. We have a 2.75 mile hiking path that meanders through the property and along the lower road.

Sit on your private balcony and enjoy the views and wildlife.

Large Swimming pool with loungers are behind the main house. Use at your leisure. The pool is an easy 72 steps away from the Villa.

Coffee, cream and sugar are included in the villa.

Please note that this is a private Hill Top Residence and we work hard to keep our property quiet and peaceful for all guests. . Please do not give out our gate code and/or invite any additional guests to our property.

This unit is open for children and/or a pet. One pet per visit.

Gorgeous views & amazing stay.

This place was not only beautiful but it was thoroughly clean. I mean really, really clean. Even the porch was spottless and the chair cushions were super clean & comfortable. The fire circle Adirondack chairs looked brand new. The hosts are so kind and take their word, the sunset is absolutely breathtaking from that spot. The little touches they add just make it even more enjoyable. The snacks, the wine, the bath bomb, my goodness. I definitely felt pampered. We will be staying here again.

Excellent vacation home

We recently stayed at this house on the top of hill. It is exactly what I expect for a relaxing escape. The scenery is so beautiful, sunset, stargazing, pool on the hill and morning hiking. The host Cindy and Troy are very nice people. And I really like the internal design by Cindy.

Cute house in a spectacular location

I took a solo getaway and this place was perfect. The location is simply stunning - I couldn’t get enough of the views. The house is very clean and well stocked. The only negative was that the people who rented the space above sounded like elephants while walking around. If you’re light sleepers, maybe consider renting the upstairs unit insyead But other than that, I loved this place! I’d highly recommend it.

Million Dollar View

Wonderful location and perfect unit for a romantic getaway. Beautiful property with a dazzling view of the Texas Hill Country. Perfect base for exploring the hill country

We stayed in the ground floor unit and it was perfect for our stay in the hill country. 15 minutes from Downtown dripping and just off the 290 highway if you want to get to other parts of the area easily. The setting is idyllic and the balcony view is amazing. Apartment was spotless, had great amenities (everything you can think of and more) and very spacious. Really appreciated the honey made onsite. Will be back.

Quiet and great views

Was in Drippings Springs fora wedding at Camp Lucy. Very convenient and close. Beautiful hilltop views. Good hard top road. Quiet even with other guests above. Beautifully appointed with everything you need even with fresh fruit and waters and snacks. Was appreciative of the clothes detergent as we forgot ours. Roomy place and very comfortable. Smelled nice and was very clean. Had use of the carport.

Magical weekend

My husband and I spent the weekend at Terra Vista and we were astounded by the views. The whole experience was lovely. The host was on the property nearby but gave us plenty of privacy and it was no problem having an upstairs neighbor. The space was immaculate and they thought of all the little details. We hiked at Pedernales State Park and Hamilton Pool Preserve, both of which were beautiful. We swam in the pool, grilled steaks , watched the sunset and slept so well in the comfortable bed. I’m already dreaming of returning. Worth every penny.

Just the perfect getaway

The accommodations were excellent, the views were incredible and it was so peaceful we didn't want to leave! It was like having a home away from home in the midst of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. It is not far from Fredericksburg and Austin, but is secluded enough so that you have complete privacy. We can't wait go to back! Worth every penny. The owners are very nice and even left us a basket of goodies for snacks.

A little piece of heaven

The Payne's call their place their little piece of heaven. This is no exaggeration! The hilltop view offered just the serenity my husband and I were looking for. An unexpected pleasure was the pure silence of the outdoors – no sounds of traffic, only the breeze and the birds. The night sky was noticeably clearer than our light-polluted sky back home. We even saw a meteor! Cindy greeted us upon our arrival to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and made us feel like family. She gave us great advice for finding our own place (one of the purposes of our trip). I can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful, Secluded Weekend Retreat

Our weekend rental was everything that we imagined and more! Located on a hilltop, overlooking the Texas Hill Country, this newly built property was spacious and very well equipped. Our host, Cindy, went out of her way to insure that we had everything that we needed to be comfortable. I am a neat freak and I must say that this was by far the cleanest rental that we have ever visited! The bed was very comfortable and the view was breathtaking! I would highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful!

This place was so beautiful, very quiet and cozy. The owner Cindy was very helpful and nice during the booking process and even during our stay. We watched the sun set and sun rise and it was breathtaking! I would recommend anyone staying here, we will definitely be back!
