It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon that's great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening. My 2 adult children stayed at the Alice cabin. The shower cover plate shocked my son 3 times , subsequently we had to get ready for a wedding at Camp Lucy. They called the number to report this, got an answering machine, I again tried to contact the owner to tell him that the shower plate was shocking my son. My other son was trying to figure out what was wrong and the handle and shower head also shocked him! I think it is completely irresponsible to NOT respond when electricity and water are involved. We stayed in the Alice cabin, which is closer to the road than I'd expected, but it still felt private and quiet. The owners provided nice toiletries, bottled water, and snacks. The skies were full of stars on a clear night. The house is close to lots of stuff to do and see. One con: my adult daughter chose to sleep on the futon instead of in the bed with me. The bed had only sheets and one light duvet, and I didn't see anything extra anywhere in the house. When I asked the owners to drop off some more bedding, I was told that "per the listing" there would be a $40 charge. I may have missed it, but I still can't find this detail in the listing, and in any case, charging extra ($40!) for bedding we're using for a few nights is ludicrous. I declined and slept with nothing but a sheet on the first night and bought a cheap blanket for the second night. ##### Kimberly G. It was in perfect proximity to the wedding venue we attended as well as a quick trip down to Fredericksburg. So clean and perfect for a weekend getaway!
