This home is a short walk to Downtown Driggs and a 15-minute drive to Victor. The large back porch with 7-person hot tub and fully appointed kitchen will help you make this a vacation to remember. Our home is nestled in a peaceful residential community, offering a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. You are just a short walk from the charming shops and restaurants of Downtown Driggs. Please remember to be respectful of our neighbors who make this valley their permanent residence. One of the unique features of our area is the brilliant night sky. We encourage you to turn off outside lights at night to fully experience the beauty of the stars. Our local HOA has a list of rules and regulations — you are required to adhere to these rules throughout your stay. 1\. PARKING \- Street parking is not allowed \- All vehicles must be parked in a garage or driveway \- Cars parked in the street may be towed away by the City 2\. PETS \- Dogs must be on a leash at all times \- No more than two dogs per home \- Dogs may not be left inside unattended \- Clean up all pet waste 3\. QUIET HOURS \- 10 pm to 7 am 4\. USE OF SNOWMOBILES, DIRT BIKES & ATVs PROHIBITED 5\. OUTSIDE FIRES PROHIBITED \- Absolutely no fires or fire pits in picnic area or creek bottom areas. 6\. TRASH \- Garbage trucks are in the neighborhood after 10 am on Thursday. \-Trash cans cannot be left on the street overnight 8\. We chose it because of the deck and big yard because we had 2 dogs. It was fenced on one side and thick bushes on another. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices, dishes and the bbq was a plus. The coffee left by the host was a treat every morning. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. There were walking paths close and we took advantage of those every morning with our dogs. My husband took advantage of the 15 minute drive to the Teton River and floated/fly fished different sections. We saw moose, eagles and other wildlife which was amazing. The property was clean and well stocked. The mattresses were very comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic after a nice day at Grand Targhee. This property was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, the property was well equipped for cooking our own meals, and the yard was perfect for the dogs. We really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub in the crisp mornings and after hiking. The neighborhood is very close to town and very quiet. There is a walking path right there.
