The house boasts AC, we stayed in July and didn’t feel like it really worked. Downstairs was fine, but it was necessary to use the provided box fans and open windows to sleep cool and comfy at night. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc. and there was a bonus: locally roasted coffee beans from Wydaho Roasters, a local coffee shop (which was also about a 4-minute walk away!). Plenty of hot water for showers and running the dishwasher; the AC was plenty cool for warm summer days. We parked two vehicles in the garage. The entire place was very, very clean. ##### Michael W.
