With a fresh mountain modern vibe, it's the perfect launchpad for your daily escapades. Whether you're craving world-class skiing, exploring various hiking trails, or indulging in other outdoor activities, this home's strategic location ensures you're always at the center of the action. More than just a place to stay, it's your gateway to a world of adventure, promising a return as fulfilling as your day's exploits. Construction projects do occur in the neighborhood and in sight of the home, including in adjacent lots. These projects are beyond our control, but they do not block any views of the mountains. Guests have access to the grill, washer, dryer, hot tub, and all other home amenities. Upon entering, you are greeted by high ceilings that set the stage for relaxation and excitement. Kick off your shoes, hang your coats and hats in the mudroom, and step into your base camp for all things thrilling. Our fully-stocked kitchen boasts stainless appliances and a spacious island, perfect for gathering, planning, and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, waffle maker, rice and slow cooker, hot water kettle, spices, bakeware, cookware, wine rack, kid-friendly dishes, and utensils, making it a hub of culinary delight. The dining table accommodates 10 guests, ensuring everyone feels welcome at the big table. A high chair is available for the little ones. After a day of adventure, unwind in the living room by the cozy fireplace, engage in board games, dive into your favorite book, or simply soak in the views. The outdoor space offers a serene retreat, with options for al fresco dining, grilling with a view, relaxing in the private hot tub for 8, playing cornhole, or marveling at the Tetons from hammocks or around the fire pit. For your friends or family, we offer four cozy bedrooms. Three on the main floor — the main bedroom with a dreamy king-size bed and an ensuite complete with a soaking tub and large shower, and two queen rooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom — as well as a fantastic bunk room upstairs. Our bunk room features two bunk beds with twin over full mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You'll find three modern bathrooms for your convenience. Entertainment is at your fingertips with four smart TVs, while the loft beckons for a game of foosball or a cozy movie night. Step outside onto the spacious balcony through the sliding doors. The garage accommodates two vehicles and offers shelves, hooks, bike & ski racks for all your gear. The home is situated in a marvelous location. Grand Targhee Resort and Caribou-Targhee National Forest are minutes away. Nearby, you can find two incredible national parks, Yellowstone and Grand Teton, along with Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Let this home be your base camp for exploration. 25 minutes → Grand Targhee Resort 1 hour → Jackson, WY 1 hour, 20 minutes → Grand Teton National Park 1 hour, 45 minutes → Yellowstone National Park Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide! • Please turn all exterior lights off by 10pm, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley • While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins. • NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home) • NO PETS ALLOWED • The community quiet hours , which include language and music, are between 10 PM and 7 AM • No fireworks of any type are allowed at any time • The home is equipped with three exterior cameras for security purposes. The house is well-equipped with all the amenities, and Jim Sheehan was very responsive host, quickly addressing any issues we encountered. New construction in a new development. This is a fantastic location for access to Targhee ski area. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend for a winter season stay. It might change once the development is finished, but the summer is dusty and walking or biking is prohibitive from the house due to road conditions. If you don't mind getting in your car to do everything, this is a great place as it is a 10-15min drive to Driggs city center. Jim was a very responsive host and the house keeping did a great job. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short drive to the resort, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The house itself is stunning, with high ceilings, cozy furnishings, and every amenity we could have asked for. The kitchen was fully stocked and made group meals a breeze, and the open living space was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.We especially loved the hot tub under the stars, the spacious mudroom for all our ski gear, and the comfortable beds that made it easy to rest up for the next day’s adventures. The kids had a blast in the bunk room and playing foosball in the loft, while the adults enjoyed the fireplace and incredible views.This home is thoughtfully designed for both fun and relaxation. The accommodations were exactly as depicted and described in the listing. Our host, Jim, was prompt in his responses and accommodated all our requested needs during the stay. We had an infant traveling with us and did not have a pack n play with us. Jim and his team were able to get us one on very short notice without any concern. The house was basically brand new, clean, and had plenty of space for our entire group to relax. The garage space was enormous and we were able to fit two full size jeep wagoneers with plenty of room to spare. The hot tub worked great and the views of grand daddy teton were incredible! Getting to the house was a challenge at times with the snow and ice covered roads, especially with the detours due to neighborhood construction, but overall it was not bad. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would needed to cook, and Jim even left a nice surprise with his personally roasted coffee beans, which were absolutely delicious roasting coffee every morning. Overall, definitely a 5 star stay and would highly recommend this property and Wydaho property management for anyone visiting the area. Driggs is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly loved our time there. The only negative thing I have to say about the property was the water heater situation. There were a couple times when our group had multiple showers going at once and the single water heater couldn’t keep up with demand. ##### Erik G.
