This Tiny House has all the whistles and bells one could be looking for in an upscale home. Located just inside Driftwood on 4.7 acres of private hill country land, this property is perfect for couples or small families who are looking to get away. Guests will enjoy spending the day exploring the beautiful surroundings and evenings in the cozy and innovative tiny casita. Inside, guests will find a quiet and comfortable retreat that offers all the conveniences of home. Sleep soundly in a private bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed, additional sleeping can be found in the loft that offers a full size bed perfect for up to two children. Preparing meals is no chore in this casita! Guests can utilize the fully equipped kitchen with a full stove, convection microwave, refrigerator, and all of the necessary conveniences to whip up a delicious meal. Choose to dine at the table for four located off the kitchen or the covered deck area on the front porch overlooking the endless views of towering oak trees. The living space is not only comfortable but also well equipped with a roomy sofa, flat-screen HD television, and an electric fireplace. This space is perfect to gather with family and watch a movie or play games. Freshen up in the roomy bathroom that offers a standup tiled shower as well as a vanity. Guests will also have access to the stackable washer and dryer found in the closet area right off the bathroom. There is plenty of fun to be had on this property, grill up your favorites while playing a game of cornhole, washers, or frisbee golf. Relax on the hammock or unwind with your favorite beverage on one of the two covered porch areas. It was great to be WAY out in the country away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. It so far out, we almost didn't find it...just have to read the directions better and not simple go by the address that Google Maps uses. Although after we found it, the location "Casitas" appeared on Google Maps. The casita itself was fantastic! We loved the wood/ rustic accents with all the modern conveniences. It made the stay very cozy and comfortable. Once we figured out the hot tub, we loved it! It was a bit dirty but we wiped it down, let it circulate a while, and had to reset the breaker a couple times...had to call the host who was very helpful! The casita is relatively new but did have some small damages like broken blinds, broken shower drain grate, and bathroom door handle. Otherwise, the house, BBQ pits, hammock , outdoor lighting, and surroundings were functional and immaculate! Three decks to choose from for your outside needs (plus a hammock) and a short drive to Wimberly for your funky art intake needs. Even though there are two other houses on the property, they are all situated perfectly for privacy. Definitely recommend for a hill country trip! ##### John L. Swings and games for fun and hot tub for relaxing. The Home came equipped with kitchen essentials. Loved staying here even if it was just for a couple nights, would have loved to stay the week. Loved that it had 2 other tiny homes on property so maybe friends can come next time but there's still plenty privacy and enough space between each home to enjoy your own time. I will say it was a bit dusty up in the loft area and the fridge and freezer could have been wiped down better but it wasn't a huge deal so ce we didn't use either of those. The drive out is a bit hidden and took time to arrive but overall I loved this place and would definitely come back and recommend to friends. ##### Kelly T. The bed was beyond cozy, everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed (dishes and tools). The washer and dryer was a fantastic amenity. The view of the stars was beautiful. The property was well cleared out to allow us to traipse around. Even our dog loved it. No draw backs at all! ♥️ ##### Kelly S. Everything was just as expected. Stepped out on the deck to drink my morning coffee and was delighted to several deer. Sitting on the back deck I had a hummingbird bird fly up really close to me. It was spacious enough for my partner and I and there was still room for about 2 more people. The owners were prompt with responding to any questions or concerns and were very friendly. The property itself is located at a good enough distance away from the other cabins so it feels private. We definitely took advantage of all the amenities and games the property has to offer. There’s a city store, coffee shop, and restaurant/bar that’s only 10 minutes away from the property which is nice to have nearby. Loved being surrounded by nature. Loved the games they have set up to play just outside and the relaxing hammock. It would be a great spot for extended family stays. The spacious couch was a far cry from that and was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and hard making rest very difficult and not having the couch to trade off to was a downside. My in-laws went to visit my brother in law and it was a last minute decision to be in Austin. This tiny house was perfect. It met all our needs. It fit all of us comfortably. My son loved the loft space and he was thankful for the fan that was provided. We didn't have time to use the kitchen or amenities, but it had everything. The neighborhood looked secure and peaceful.
